Well, here we go! My first official blog post! Let me begin by explaining what has pushed me to finally embark on this journey...my wonderful, funny, and handsome red-headed boyfriend (pictured below) has joined the Airforce Reserves, and has been sent across Canada for basic training (boot camp, essentially...) for the next 3 months. Needless to say, I miss him and am very lonely. Yes, I have my fabulous fur-baby, but Terran and I have never been a part for more than two weeks out of the 6 years we have been together, and this is quite the adjustment we are having to make. Ideally I would like to use my blogging platform to document my adventures with Theodore while Terran is away, sort of like a journal for Terran to look back on when he returns. I also want to journal my cross stitching as well, (WIPs, Finishes, Stash, Haul...you know, the good stuff!) Welcome! My name is Stephanie, I am 20-something years old, and live on the beautiful West Coast of Canada. I am a licensed early childhood educator with a love of cross stitch, all things Winter and Autumn, and I am absolutely head over heels in love with my fur-baby, Theodore. I live in a little military-based town, and own my very first home with my wonderful red-headed boyfriend Terran, who I love very much.
